The layout, equipment, branding, infrastructure and operational setup are handled according to the Engine Room standard, allowing the owner to begin with a working gym rather than assembling one piece by piece.

Your Chapter Dues put the full weight of the Engine Room Cartel behind your business. Chapter Dues operate on an 85/15 revenue split: your Chapter retains 85%, while 15% is paid to the Engine Room Cartel for its systems, services and backing.

We drive sales and marketing and handle membership administration, payments, bookings, reporting, programming, technology, product supply and ongoing operational support.

Every future Chapter owner starts as a Prospect. You’ll need a recognised fitness qualification and hands-on coaching experience before entering the Prospect pathway.

From there, you’ll be immersed in the Engine Room 4:1 model, coaching culture and Chapter standards, and prove you’re ready to lead your own Crew.
