The home of Engine Room. Led by Founder Gary Seymour and Coach Keenan Bowes, De Waterkant is where the Engine Room standard was built.

Then there’s Uber. Our four-legged legend, unofficial Head of Welcomes, and without question the most loved member of the Engine Room crew.

A close-knit Chapter led by Owner-Coach Carrie O’Neill and Coach Gerhardt Fourie, Gardens delivers the Engine Room experience with expert coaching, genuine connection and an uncompromising commitment to helping every member grow.

Where it all started. What began as one small gym has grown into a philosophy that’s changing lives.

Led by Owner-Coach Ben Ntuli and Coach Alexi Tselentis, Salt Rock remains true to the values that started it all; expert coaching, purposeful training and a crew that always has your back.
