Membership changes are not automatic.

Once we receive your request, the Engine Room team will review your current membership, coaching schedule and available training slots.

We’ll confirm the effective date of your change with you before anything is changed.

Yes, subject to your coaches availability.

Because Engine Room operates on reserved coaching slots with a maximum 4:1 client-to-coach ratio, your preferred new day or time may not always be immediately available. Chat to your coach to find the closest suitable option.

Engine Room memberships are billed monthly.

If you increase your training days, your additional coaching slot can start as soon as availability is confirmed. You’ll be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the current month, with your new monthly membership fee applying from the following month.

If you reduce your training days, the change will take effect from the next monthly billing cycle, once confirmed by Engine Room.

Submitting a membership change request does not automatically change your membership or billing. Your current membership remains in place until the change has been confirmed.

Nope. Your request will be reviewed against coach capacity, Chapter capacity and available training times. 

Your membership remains unchanged until you receive confirmation from Engine Room.
