People training their asses off. Showing up. Putting in the work. And getting nowhere.
The truth is they don’t have a motivation problem. They don’t have a program problem. They have a protein problem.

You come in. You train hard. You push. And then you go home… and don’t give your body what it needs to rebuild. Is this you?
And this is where it pisses me off. I tell you. Again and again. Eat your fucking protein. And it gets half done. Half listened to. Half applied. Then a few weeks later… “I’m not seeing results”, “I feel stuck”, “I don’t know what’s wrong”
Your body is always doing one of two things. Building muscle tissue or breaking down. There is no middle ground.
So let’s be clear. If you’re not eating enough protein…You’re training and spinning your wheels.
You say you’re eating protein. I’m sure you are. Just not enough to make a difference though.
If you actually want to start seeing worthwhile progress:
- A minimum of 1.6 g/kg works
- 2.0–2.2 g/kg gets outstanding results
- 2.2–3.0 g/kg is where you start looking like a Greek God
Let’s make it real.
- 65 kg - You need around 120 to 150 grams a day
- 80 kg - You need around 160 to 200 grams
That’s not two eggs for breakfast and protein shake here and there. That’s your whole day built around it.
So stop guessing and start planning. Men - 50 grams per meal x 3 meals, that’s 150 grams. Women - 30 grams per meal x 3 meals, that’s 90 grams. Then fill the gap with a high quality Whey Protein shake.
What does this look like for a man: Full chicken breast - around 50g, 200g cooked meat - around 50g, 5 eggs - around 50g, Whey Protein Shake - around 25g.
It’s not that you don’t know. It’s that you don’t take it seriously enough. No protein - No recovery. No recovery - No development. No development - No results.
I know those numbers look daunting. But I’m not expecting you to walk in and hit a 100kg squat on day one am I? You don’t just jump there. You build up to it.
Set an achievable target. Hit it consistently. Then move it up.
Eat your fucking protein people.
Love you. Bye.
