You know I’m not here to tell you to stop drinking. We drink. There’s tequila in the freezer in every gym. We love it.
That’s not the problem. The problem is pretending it doesn’t matter.

You train hard. You show up. Diet dialled in. You put in the work. And then the drinks creep in. And not just weekends. The glass of wine here. The Guinness there. The extra one. And it adds up.
And before you say it… “I don’t drink that much.” You do. You’ve just normalised it.
The extra calories aren’t even the real problem. While you’re drinking, fat loss stops. Recovery takes a hit. Everything gets pushed back. You don’t notice it straight away. But it shows up. In your energy. In your performance. In your results. You can’t out-train that.
And this is where most people get it wrong. They think it’s all or nothing. Quit completely. Or live your life. That’s not the game. You don’t need to stop. Fuck... Next you’ll be drinking decaf coffee and going vegan.
But you do need to take control. Because right now, for most people… It’s not controlled. It’s automatic. A few drinks turns into a night. A night turns into a weekend. A weekend turns into a pattern. And patterns drive results.
So let’s be clear. You can drink. And still get great results. But not like that. You need to manage it. Pick your moments. Don’t drift into it. Decide.
Don’t let it become a daily thing. Don’t turn every weekend into a write-off. Don’t let habit run the show.
And when you do drink… Own it. Pitch up anyway. No excuses. We’ll get you hydrated. We’ll get you moving. We’ll get you back on track.
In the end the question is simple. Are you managing it? Or is it managing you?
Train hard. Eat properly. Enjoy your tequila. Just don’t be a dick. Don’t lie to yourself.
Your results don’t care what you say.
Love you. Bye.
